After developing a strong network of dedicated persons and warehouses to ensure a superfast delivery within a few hours, the brand was initiated in Dec 2019 at Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Along with all the amenities being provided, please make sure to read the subsequent Terms & Conditions as well. They define the perks being allowed in addition to the norms against which you place your orders.
1. Signing up:
(a) As per the Section 11of the Indian Contract Act, 1872- “A person is competent to take part in a contract only if he/she has attained the age of 18 years” (Statement truncated to get the main point). So every e-commerce platform sets 18 years as the minimum age limit to sign up and order. From “The Kukkad“persons of or above 18 years of age only are eligible to order.
(b)Terms & Conditions will come into effect when a person places an order. The cancellation or order/orders and suspension of the account are at the discretion of The Kukkad.

3. Pricing:
(a) As the prices keeps on changing, the products will be charged the amount displayed against it at the time of purchase.
(b) The total cost of the transaction including product, packing and delivery charges will be debited at once at the time of placing the order.
(c) The prices indicated on the products are inclusive/exclusive of GST. ( Alter as per the correct information)
4. Orders:
(a) The orders placed will be confirmed via e-mail, but such mail is not an acceptance. The contract would be started only after the final delivery.
(b) In case of incorrect contact information furnished, then it’s the responsibility of the customer to inform us and make the necessary changes. The Kukkad will not be held responsible anyhow in such cases.
(c) It is customer’s responsibility to check the spam filtration of e-mail service provider, In case the mail generated is passed on to spam folder.
5. Order Cancellation:
(a) Order confirmation email mentions the latest time by which the order can be cancelled.
6. Delivery:

(a) We aim to provide the delivery in shortest span of time at the address mentioned. In case nobody is there to receive then we deliver it at the secondary address registered.
(b) Extreme weather conditions or legal bindings may hamper the stipulated delivery but you will be informed time to time about next delivery event. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused due to such incidents.
